We want you to love every little thing you order. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.
30-day returns
Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Candles
For safety reasons, candles that have been lit cannot be returned unless faulty. Unlit candles in original packaging can be returned within 30 days.
How to return
Email hello@moonandflame.co.uk with your order number and we'll guide you through the return.
Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 working days of us receiving your return.
Faulty items
If an item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days and we'll put it right.
